When you’re making a film, you have an obligation to fill the frame with life.
— Joss Whedon

For years, video editing has been an important passion of mine. My fascination began during a grade 9 high school project, and has developed significantly over time. From hobbyist videos to production classes in university, the editing process always intrigued me most. While shot selection, direction, audio quality, and general cinematographic skills are vital to a video's success, the editing room is often where genuine inventiveness is expressed; this is where storytelling comes together.

And storytelling is what makes a video noteworthy. Evoking an emotional response within an audience is the very goal of the filmmaker. Whether it be to market a new product, promote a brand, or document a personal journey, a story must be told. This is what I believe, and this is exactly what you will get should you desire to work with me.
